1. General Terms & Acceptance

2.2 Registration Process

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged bets designed to minimise exposure while satisfying wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent account closure.

4.4 Promotional Changes

d99999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

A bet placed on d99999 is final once confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. d99999 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed, except in the specific circumstances described in section 5.3 (Void Bets).

5.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds displayed on d99999 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds may change rapidly in response to match events; latency in your internet connection does not entitle you to odds that were available at an earlier point in time.

5.3 Void Bets

d99999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded ("late bet")
• The event was cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or abandoned without a conclusive result
• A manifest pricing error occurred — i.e., odds were published at a level materially different from the true market price due to a system error
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing or sporting integrity concerns related to the event in question
• The bet was placed using funds associated with fraudulent payment activity

In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to your d99999 account balance.

5.4 Casino Games

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities:

• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated arbitrage across accounts
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access d99999's source code or infrastructure
• Using d99999 to process transactions on behalf of a third party ("payment processing")
• Making any false, defamatory, or misleading statements about d99999 in any public forum
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account by any means

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your d99999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests will typically be processed within 48 hours.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by d99999

d99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

• Detection of duplicate accounts

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. d99999 will notify you by email prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to the account balance. This fee will continue to be deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Real-money balances on dormant accounts will never be forfeited to zero without prior written notice.

7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account for any reason, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any winnings added to your balance. Thereafter, only the verified real-money portion of your balance will be returned. Bonus balances, free bets, and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8. Responsible Gaming
